REGISTRATION FEES

* Payments in Euros (€); **Students will be requested to provide a certificate of studentship.

The full registration fee (also the student registration fee) includes:

• Publication of maximum 2 (two) papers per author in any of the three events
• Conference Proceedings  
• Conference materials
• Access to all events sessions

The organizers will offer free of charge:

• Lunches
• Coffee breaks
• Welcome Party

The registration fee allows one author to present up to 2 (two) papers for any one of the events of the metrology 2011. For authors wishing to present more than two papers, a fee of 30 euros will be requested for each additional paper.

Please note that each conference participant will need to pay the registration fee, even if the fee for his paper has been paid by another co-author or even if he is not author of any paper. 

The accompanying person fee will cover lunches, welcome party, conference dinner and a guided tour among the beautiful sites of Natal.

Politics of cancellation and reimbursement

For cancellation, written notification should be sent to SBM by e-mail or fax (+ 55 21 2532-7373). An administrative charge of 20% will apply to cancellation made BEFORE September 20, 2011. NO REFUNDS will be made on cancellations made after this date. Substitutes will be accepted at any time.
